
Purchase Policy
Lesson Package & Event Ticket Policies
These policies apply to all private lessons, lesson packages, group classes, and event tickets purchased in-studio or online. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases—including lessons, packages, group classes, and event tickets—are final and non-refundable.
Items may not be returned, exchanged, or converted into studio credit.
2. Lesson Expiration (12 Months)
All private lesson packages must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
Unused lessons do not roll over or extend beyond this period unless required by applicable state law.
3. Non-Transferable
Lessons and event tickets are non-transferable and may be used only by the individual(s) listed at the time of purchase. Transfers may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at management’s discretion.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations (Lessons Only)

Lessons must be scheduled in advance.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the lesson being marked as used.
5. Event Ticket Policies

Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time selected at purchase.

Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the studio postpones or cancels an event, ticket holders will receive either a new event date or a studio credit, at the studio’s discretion.

No-shows will not receive credit or rescheduling options.
6. Coach & Instructor Assignments
While we strive to honor your preferred coach or instructor, assignments may change due to scheduling needs or unforeseen circumstances. A qualified substitute will be provided when necessary.
7. Online Purchases
All online purchases must be completed with accurate contact and billing information.
By purchasing online, you agree to these policies, including expiration timelines, scheduling rules, and non-refundability.
8. Studio Closures & Holidays
Lessons or events affected by holidays, severe weather, or unexpected closures may be rescheduled.
Expiration dates will not be extended unless the closure is significant, as determined by the studio.
9. Health & Safety
Students and attendees are responsible for attending lessons and events in appropriate health.
The studio may refuse service if a student or attendee’s condition creates safety concerns.
10. Policy Updates
DanceHub reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
The most current version will always be posted on our website.
